The Smaller Big Art Show

February 4 - April 1, 2023

We went small, now let's go BIG!

Unlike smaller artworks that draw you in creating a more intimate experience, large scale art is more immersive. Large scale art gives the viewer a more visceral experience.

requirements:

Open to artists (18+).  Media such as drawing, painting, photography, printmaking, mixed media, sculpture, collage and fabric. Artworks 24 inches(longest side) up to 56 inches

Only original works may be submitted (Giclee prints of reproduced art works are not acceptable). Digital photography is acceptable, and digital print methods may be used to produce original photographic images.

All works should be for sale. alchemy + art will retain 40% of any work sold.

2D works that are framed should have D-rings and wire. Gallery wrapped canvas must be stapled on the back. Gessoed or painted sides are acceptable. Black or white (neutral) frames with white mats preferred.

No saw teeth, french cleats, nail holes and nail rings. No wet paintings.

Note: the gallery may not hang any artwork which does not accurately reflect the online jpgs, is not professionally presented or delivered late.
